Beverages Facilities
Policies
Facility Fee-A $10 per
person facility fee with a minimum of $300.00 is charged for
each event, (up to four hours of use. $100 is charged for
each additional hour).
Deposits-A 25% deposit
is due when reserving a room for an event. This initial payment
is non-refundable.
Payment Structure-A second
deposit of 50% of the total bill for your event is required
30 days prior to the event. In the case of a cancellation,
50% of this second payment will be retained as a cancellation
fee. Payment in full is due upon conclusion of your event.
Parking-Self-parking
for up to 200 cars is available for all events.
Set Up-We offer a standard
of two hours of set up time prior to all events.
Decorations-Flowers and
other large items may be delivered two hours prior to your
function. Smaller items, place cards and favors, may be brought
to Sierra Meadows Ranch at an agreed upon time. Our staff
will be happy to assist in the placement of these items. Please
note that personal items and decorations should be removed
upon the conclusion of your event. Sierra Meadows Ranch is
not responsible for loss or damage of any personal items.
Personal items not removed at the end of the event will be
stored and you will be charged a storage fee of $50.00 per
day.
Video Taping-You are
welcome to video tape as long as a battery operated unit is
used.
Gifts-Sierra Meadows
will provide a gift table for your event for a small fee.
All gifts brought to your event will need to be supervised
by someone in your party. Sierra Meadows will not be responsible
for the handling of your gifts.
Bands-Your musical group
should be advised to dress appropriately and can play up to
1/2 hour before the end of the event.
Beverage Service-Alcohol
prices are subject to change and may increase by as much as
10%. Sierra Meadows will quote final prices 90 days prior
to the event. Bartender Service is included with a hosted
bar; a charge of $100 per 4 hours per bartender will be charged
for a cash bar. Beverages consumed during the event must be
purchased from Sierra Meadows. Special arrangements can be
made for wine or champagne to be brought in, however, our
corkage fees will apply. Alcoholic beverages may not be served
to anyone under 21 years of age. Proof of age will be required.
It is also our responsibility not to serve to anyone who appears
to be intoxicated. Please understand and cooperate if we must
exercise this responsibility. Only beverages and food purchased
from the bar or restaurant, may be consumed on the Club grounds.
Formal Pictures-If you
wish to take formal pictures, a time to do so will be arranged
when your reservation is confirmed.
