COVID-19 MODIFIED PROCEDURES & POLICIES
It goes without saying that the health and safety of our guests and employees is of utmost importance to us at Sierra Meadows. Accordingly, we are following modified protocols to ensure that we are meeting guidelines set by the Federal government & CDC, the State of California and Madera County.
First, it's important to note that all of our rental units are free-standing structures that do not share any common spaces or HVAC equipment. No indoor common spaces are currently open to the public.
To ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we have implemented the following (subject to change):
Checking out procedures and additional time for cleaning:
• Our check-out time is 11am which gives our housekeeping team enough time to safely ventilate, disinfect and clean cabins prior to our 4pm check-in.
• Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate late check-outs at this time; we appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Guests are asked to open all windows before they leave, turn on fans including bathroom exhaust fan.
Camp Store
The camp store is now open 1p-9p each day.
Pool
The swimming pool is open from May 1 - Sept 30 with reduced capacity. Please maintain a safe distance from other guests in the pool area.
