For your safety & security we utilize a fully online Check-In. You will receive the link via email the day before your arrival. Note that the Pre-Check system will ask you to confirm the departure date of your reservation (not arrival date) and the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. Please use your mobile phone for the self check-in so that you can take pictures of your ID: this security check allows the system to verify that the name on your ID matches the name on the reservation.

 

Late arrivals: if you think you may arrive after 8pm, you must either use our online self-check in or make other arrangements with us prior to 9pm when our front desk closes for the night.

 

Regular Check-in starts at 4pm and our check-out is at 11am in order to give our staff adequate time to clean each cabin. For a fee, early check-in at 2pm may be possible based on availability: please select 2pm for arrival time when completing the self-check in process and the system will let you know if this is possible. You are also welcome to reach out to our staff with questions about early check-in. If you arrive early you are welcome to walk or ride our bikes on the former golf course across the street from the cabins or use our free wifi at a picnic table (there is no password for the wifi).

 

We are located 5 miles from the quaint mountain town of Oakhurst which serves as a gateway to Yosemite's South Gate. There are two major grocery stores, many restaurants, shops and more! You can find our list of recommended local restaurants here:

We allow dogs only (no other pets are permitted) and do not charge a pet fee. Dogs must not get on the beds or other furniture. Dogs cannot be left alone if guests leave the property; please ask for our list of recommended dog sitters if you plan to leave the property without your dog. Dogs must be on leash at all times when in the cabin area or at the pool. Guests who violate any of these safety policies may be charged a fee. These guidelines are in place to protect our employees, our guests, and their pets.
