TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accepting these Terms means that you have Read and Agree to the Following:

 

We require a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), email and mobile phone number in order to create a reservation. Sierra Meadows will not accept check payments. Guests must be 18 years or older to book a reservation. We will do our best to honor your room and bed type preferences based on availability at the time of stay. Please note that room and bed type preferences are not a guarantee.

 

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available; check with the Front Desk regarding availability. Reservations can be made with different cancellation policies. Reservations must be canceled wherever they were created. A valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation and credit card are required at check-in. Your method of payment will be charged for the first night of your stay prior to arrival - nightly rates plus taxes. The final amount of your stay will post on the morning of arrival. Guests using the self check-in will be required to submit photos of their ID and face to complete the self check-in process.

 

You are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages (including missing items) to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. Should your plans require you to adjust your departure date, please check with the Front Desk on room availability, but note that your rate is subject to change. We provide one complimentary parking space on the property for each guest room reserved. Additional parking available in close proximity surrounding the property. Registered guests have priority access to the hotel pool (in season), park, and bicycles.

 

Sierra Meadows does not share customer information and credit card transactions to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. If you would like to review, correct, update, or delete Personal Information that you have previously provided to us, you may contact us at 833.966.1999 or via email at: lodging@sierrameadows.com.

By opting into our messaging service, you agree to receive SMS updates from Sierra Meadows.

  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Help: Reply HELP for support or contact the Front Desk.

  • Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sierra Meadows cabins are smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cabins. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.

 

WAIVER AND RELEASE. Guest agrees to waive all claims that they have or may have against the owners of Sierra Meadows, its affiliates, officers, operators, trustees, managers, members, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) arising out of the Guest’s participation in equine, biking, use of golf carts, swimming, hiking, and other outdoor activities (“Activities”) at Sierra Meadows. The Guest and his/her parents or legal guardian(s) specifically understand that they are releasing any and all claims that arise or may arise from any negligent acts or conduct of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, nothing in this Release shall be construed as a release for conduct that is found to constitute gross negligence or intentional conduct.

 

INDEMNIFICATION. To the extent permitted by law, Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of Guest’s actions, or any failure of any equipment Guest uses at or brings to Sierra Meadows including, without limitation, any litigation, expenses, attorney's fees, loss, liability, damage or cost which may occur as a result of any such claims. Should any of the Released Parties, be required to incur attorneys’ fees and costs to enforce this agreement, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless from all such fees and costs.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK.

 

GUEST IS AWARE AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE ACTIVITIES ARE DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES AND INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY AND/OR DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY INJURIES THAT GUEST SUSTAINS MAY BE COMPOUNDED BY NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF THE COMPANY. GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ARE KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES WITH AN EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE.
